Solicitors Conveyancing Services is a specifically designed service for solicitors and their clients from Your Conveyancer. As our name would suggest conveyancing is what we do at Your Conveyancer. Residential conveyancing and specifically purchase, sale and remortgage is our core business and indeed it is all that we do unlike most legal firms where it is usually an adjunct to other legal services.

We are Scotland's only provider of conveyancing services dedicated solely to the financial services and property sectors and to their customers. Our clients include many of the UK's leading mortgage lenders, estate agents, mortgage brokers, IFA's and builders. They constantly audit our systems and processes and in particular our customer care to ensure that they meet their own high standards.

We are aware that solicitors and their clients will judge our service on three criteria - Communication, Communication and Communication and as a result our entire strategy is based on delivering the highest levels of client care.
